How Do I Get a Contract Processed?

The university has specific requirements for contracts to protect you as an employee as well as the university. We've documented the contract process and expected timeline.

Please note, from the time we have all of the information contracts, it can take 2-3 weeks for approval (longer if there are terms and conditions concerns) so it's very important that you plan in advance.

Join the the Unconscious Bias Session for Poole Faculty and Staff on Oct. 18

As a part of the Poole Pack Development Series, Tayah Butler will be discussing how to illuminate bias that can affect our working relations in order to help mitigate the effects of unconscious bias in our words and actions.

How Long Do I Need to Keep Documents for Procurement Transactions?

Documentation that is uploaded electronically such as supporting documentation for travel, PCards, voucher payments and journal entries should be destroyed 6 months after the date of transaction. All other documentation should follow the university records retention schedule.
